Top Coat offers a completely flat matte finish.  Perfect over milk paint to keep that "chalky" look.  Top Coat is recommended over non-chippy type milk painted pieces.

Top Coat is a non-toxic water-based finish that is mildew resistant and odorless. It dries to a clear, flat matte finish that will help protect a milk painted surface while preserving the soft, flat look of the paint.

Can also be used as a mixing medium for glaze or as a "mod podge" type application.

Top Coat comes in 16 oz containers.  Water clean up.  Do not use below 55 degrees.  Do not freeze.
